Default DM Phone Switch

Please Login to Remove!

Just upgraded my 8310 to a 8900 (carrier doesn't support 3G yet so...) using DM 5.01.18. Everything came over great but a few things are not functioning properly. I had several apps on the 8310 and they all show up on the 8900 as being installed on the DM but the icons are no where to be found on the 8900. I even thought I would try to re-install the Facebook app to see where it dropped the icon but it is nowhere to be found. I have read several posts on hidden icons and that I should hit the menu button and select Show All and unhide them but I do not have the Show All as an option. One GPS app that I had been using, Cellflare, starts up automatically when I power the phone on so I know they are there. Any ideas?

I still have the old phone and all the data minus the SIM card right now. The old 8310 phone was running 4.5.0.124 and the new 8900 is running 4.6.1.250. I know there would be some upgrade problems with some apps but would get to that point when I can actually find the icon to fire one up.

Welcome to the forums.

Have you checked the downloads and applications folders on the device?
