Default BB Desktop Manager information panel greyed out

Please Login to Remove!

iMac, latest BB Desktop Manager software. Problems after upgrading to Lion. Had been syncing fine. In troubleshooting the Manager wanting to modify more than 25% of iCal entries (fixed), I fiddled with settings for mass storage mode. Now the Information panel in Desktop Manager is completely greyed out, but sync seems to still work fine for both pim data (all 4) and pictures and videos. I'm stumped on this one. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Tried uninstalling BB Desktop on the Mac and reinstalling -- still have that grey panel covering the information panel, and now sync is broken. Hurry up iPhone5.

OSX 10.7 is still so new that BlackBerry Desktop Manager might not be compatible yet. Nothing for it but to wait it out. Or grab the iPhone.

I dragged the Desktop Manager to Trash, then used Finder to find all the BlackBerry references I could on the iMac's hard drive and deleted them. Then I downloaded and reinstalled a fresh version of Desktop Manager. Finally able to see the Information panel options again. Ran a sync set to overwrite the BB and that went fine. Entered a test appointment on the BB and ran a second sync: that worked too. Deleted that test appointment in iCal and tried a third sync: took a long time but seems to be working again now. That will hold me until the iPhone 5 comes out, hopefully.
