I tried rebooting my Z10 by removing the battery but when I inserted the battery my phone is not rebooting. It just says "blackberry" and goes no further. HELP. I NEED MY PHONE.

The Z10 depending on the amount and type of Apps can drain a battery quick.
that will cause the battery to seem full but drop quick.
Doing what Knottyrope suggests may give you some indication of what the issue is.

Pulling the battery will also do that.
