Default BB8320 connect to Ad-Hoc WIFI

Please Login to Remove!

I have my BB8320 connected to multiple wifi networks no problem, but need to get it to connect to an ad-hoc network because my wifi router is in the basement of the house and I spend most of my time in the house far away from that point. My laptop still connects but the BB antennae is kinda weak for WiFi and want to set up an adhoc network on one of my other hard wired systems closer to my fun room. Any ideas how to make the 8320 connect to an adhoc net?

What about a signal booster with an access point? I thought an ad-hoc network would only allow communications between the devices in the ad-hoc network.
