i HAVE BLACKBERRY STORM 2 CARRIER IS VERIZON .IT'S TURNS OF IT'S SELF AFTER FEW MINUTES .I LIKE TO CLAIM WARRANTY.BLACKBERRY SITE IS VERY COMPLICATED .SO IF ANY BODY KNOW HOW I CAN GET RMA NUMBER OR GET MY PHONE WARRANTY.

As MD said, you need to contact Verizon to arrange a warranty replacement. You cannot work it through RIM.
