After installing a program using DM I now find that I have 2 Internet Browser icons on my phone. I removed the software and still have the 2 icons.

I tried to do a battery pull and held the reset button down while the battery is out with no luck. If I try to hide on the the icons then both are hidden

One icon is your carrier specific browser while one is the Internet Browser. You can use eithe to browse the Internet however your carrier specific one is designed for WAP sites.

They were both for internet and it took NEXTEL about 20 minutes to get it removed. Landed up removing all the service books.
