Default PackageCache

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to free up space on one of my servers and noticed the PackageCache folder is over a gig. I searched around and from what I found it looks like the folder contains stuff for Software Configs?

We recently got rid of all of our software configs and only have 2 now, one for LCS and one for Google Maps. My question is, if I delete the stuff in this folder will it respawn or is it leftover from our old software configs?

Any help and info about this is appreciated.

Just delete the files listed then and then re-index your remaining softwarecofigs. It will repopulate the cache with your current packages.

Sorry ... login to your BES, go to C:Program Files\Research in Motion\Blackberry Enterprise Server\PackageCache

Delete whatever folder is in there.

Reindex and it will repopulate with your current indexed configurations, it takes up to 4 hours.
