Thanks for the updates. Unlike most unreleased versions which I do try, this was one of the OS's that I didn't want to take the plunge on. The enhancements sound very positive. Looking forward to hearing about future versions.

I've been able to do this for some time now. I'm on 4.6.0.266 now but I know for sure I could do it in .247 as well.

I'm on .216 and can do it, as I could with .162 and .190

I did notice however it doesn't work with facebook or myspace. I wanted to delete myspace app, clicked menu, no delete. but there was delete on menu for apps like google maps, ubertwitter.

As FB and Myspace are the only ones downloaded through app world, i believe it removes the delete option, so you can uninstall via app world, as well as normal options-applications

I would suggest that next time you simply do what you are doing and type the data into a word processor and when you have finished you post everything all that once. You might get more people to look at it that way although as I understand there have been many people who have written about the OS.

I understand what your saying but I wanted to make each post about something different so someone could quote it and reply to that post. that way if someone has a specific question it can be contained to just what they are asking about, instead of quoting a whole 7 pages of junk.

I'm still working on the Facebook app and can't figure out why it installs with no errors but no Icon shows up. I swear its like they coded the OS to hide the icons like this so in case it leaked no one would use it because Facebook wont work. Well for me I use Facebook and I still get my messages via email so I could care less about that not working. I love this OS so far and have not really had any glitches. I will keep you updated. If anyone has any suggestions to hack into the system PM me and let me know. Like a file explorer that would show system files so I could launch it manually from an internal executable.

Not sure when it's going to be released to the carriers. 5.0 still has a way to go before being stable enough to use. .110 is in the testing stage now, and that build hasn't been leaked yet, so we have no way to know if many of the bugs have been worked out.

Rest assured, it will be posted on the board when it's released either to carrier or in the wild.
