Warrenty Swap+setup question

Hello,
I swapped my old bold for a new one after I was expereincing problems. My current (new) bold was restored with all my previous phones backup. I am now only experiencing an issue with my wi-fi and e-mail set up. IT says i am currently connected to the wi-fi, but the wi-fi symbol on my phone won't light up and i am actually not connected. Also, my old e-mail icons won't update my e-mails, while i updated my phone on that one website.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks
