Default lost sync BES express 5.0.3 (bundle 12)

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I installed my bes express in the beginning of july and since then all was working fine and suddenly it stopped syncing with all the blackberry yesterday I did reboot the BesX server and still not good. where do I look to see if there is any patch or service pack available for my version. when I go into add remove program and click here for help i get version 5.0.3 (bundle 12) I downloaded/installed in the beginning of July and wonder if there is any update available that could maybe help me. I did some windows update yesterday on the Bes server and on the exchange 2007 server and wondering if I may have broke something on the way.

Thanks !

Bah I found the solution to my sync problem. Looking in the event log I found the folowing error: "[SRP] Connection failed" and remembered that I also did an update on the firewall and my rule for besX port was inactive. Reactivated that rule fixed my sync problem but event log bring another question.

I have this error msg in my event log on the BESx :

{user.xyz@mydomain.com} MarkAppointmentAsSynchronized() failed: ERR_FAIL

if anyone can bring some light to this error would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks !
