Default Help With Blackberry 8800

Please Login to Remove!

I have got a blackberry 8800 and when i try to go on the brower it is saying that the device does not have any browser configeration service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the brower on your device. I have contacted the service provider and they said that they dont send out the data for this model of phone?? I am now trying to connect using wifi, i have connected to the wifi spot, but when i click on brower saying the same message. but another site told me to go to browser. Then press the "Menu" button on the phone Select Options >> Browser Configuration. Here select the browser as "Wi-Fi Browser".
But when i click on browser configartion it again says that the devise is not have any service book entries and to contact my service provider??
Can anyone help? Thanks

Yeah, if your service provider does not have the Service Books for that model, you are going to try to find the generic service books and load them manually.

Also, the 8800 does not have Wi-Fi.

Be aware that you MUST have a BlackBerry Data Plan in order for BlackBerry Data features to work.
