If you are trying to use an unlock code, once the wrong code has been used 10 times, the phone is locked forever and can't be unlocked or reset.

Are you trying to unlock the SIM card?

if it is the password lock then it will wipe the device after X amount of tries
if it is the SIM card lock PIN / PUK it will fry the SIM after x amount of tries
if it is the UNLOCK for the device to use on any provider, after 10 tries your BB is never going to work again. unless you call RIM and see if they can do anything for you, but basically that's gonna cost you!

Actually your BlackBerry WILL work, but only on the original provider. It can just never been unlocked.

there is no solution if you used all the attempts to unlock the device and failed each attempt then it will not allow it anymore sorry
