Hi I've had my bold 9700 since may, I found a website that I can download music from but if it is over 5mb it won't let me download the song although if I go on 4shared it let's me download anything up to 27,000 kbs I've typed the http error 413 into google and come across something called BES management which I need to go onto to change the the settings so I can download bigger files, I don't understand what this is as it isn't on my phone or if it is I can't find it but it also says its to do with businesses and I don't see what the company I work for (which this phone has nothing to do with) has anything to do with the size of file I can download somebody please help me as its really annoying me now, thanx

Also judging by what the webisite says it is the website that won't let me download but my girlfriend who has the x10 mini can download any size file from it, can you also explain it says on other help sites that I can change it using BES, I'm sorry if I come across abit forward but its really got on my nerves for a while now and my phone is 10 times better than the x10 mini thank you my blackberry friend

Do you have the same cell carrier? Some restrict the file size that you can download.

And please update your profile to indicate your cell carrier. I kno wit isn't "Bold 9700"
