The first 5 icons on your list would shows up on your home screen.

????
Are you saying that it is not possible to have a homescreen keyboard shortcut to launch the app?

We'll add the homescreen shortcut. It's actually very easy to do, but requires us to change the way we build our application as we use a number of custom pre-processors. Anyway, it'll definitely get done

Since I started using JiveTalk I have been having occasional resets. It doesn't seem to happen as much as it used to, but it still happens.
I've poseted about it a few times, and sent e-mail to support, but never received any reply about it from kai.

Perhaps but it seems to happen while I'm sleeping most often and couldn't tell. There has been at least two times I noticed the exit where I know that it was not a device reset.

Disconected Pop-Up
In light of my earlier posts I'd like to make a feature request.
I would love a Pop-Up that tells you when one or more IM connections are dropped or lost.
I have not had this going on to an annoying point but at least twice in the last 30 days I have checked JT and found one or more of the services disconnected and it would be really nice to know this the moment it happens.

Excuse my ignorance, but when you say non-transferable do you mean from lets say an 8703e to a 8830 or from an 8830 to a replacement 8830 from the carrier or both?
I just want to know if my phone needs to be replaced from Verizon and I get the cheaper of the two plans, will I need to repurchase it?
Thanks,
Erik

If it's phone defect and you get a replacement from the carrier, we can transfer the device license, provided it's the same model. In case that happens, just send us an email with your license key and new pin.

are you getting this while trying to set from invisible to something else for all accounts? if so, this should be fixed in our next build.

apps icon
Reading around in the forums, I realized that there's a new version for JT so I'm glad I came around to this thread and am currently upgrading to 1.0 version. Hope it runs smoothly for me whereas some of you seem to have trouble with the new version.
Anyway, I have removed Yahoo and Google Talk apps but the icons are still there on the desktop, although they are gone from the applications list. How do I get the icons off?

I support good software! Question: Should I be using BIS or TCP, or does it matter?
thanks!

It matters if your carrier charge you per kb.

Just posting a bug, not sure if listed, but pre 1.0 the away status messages worked but always displayed "null, null.etc...." (1 null for the number of accounts status that are being changed, followed by an OK prompt)
With 1.0 The status never changes, but still receive the "null null null null - Ok" Popup prompt.

I just noticed on 1.0.0 if I add an AIM account, and tell it to login invisible when I am initally adding it... then try to go from invisible to available when I'm logged on, I get a message "Invalid Account."
I forced shutdown, started again, removed the account, re-added it (this time not selecting login as invis). If I go to invisible mode, I can't go back to Available.
Essentially, once I set invisible mode, I can't get out of it.
Sorry if this has been posted before, didn't read the entire thread.
