When starting the installer it comes back as uknown publisher. The 215 comes back as Research in Action.
After the install, do it come up saying the version is 216?

Crap, I just went from .215 to .210 because of the resets. I just completed the upgrade to .216, and my Bold reset after accessing a message. I think I am going to go back to .210 if it resets one more time. .210 has been rock solid.

Yes, I do have this problem. Nevertheless, this is a minor problem as compared to the reboots I experienced in .215!

I didn't have any reboot or wallpaper reset problems with .215, in fact I only have one problem with it... In the music player app, every time it goes to the next track it resets the volume to 50%. I wouldn't necessarily call myself an audiophile, but I do have a really nice pair of Shure headphones and 50% volume is enough to get your attention to say the least.
Downloading .216 now to see what it does for me

....well, I take that back, I do have the same problems with it that I've had with the Bold since day 1.... Alarm volume STILL won't escalate, and games require language selection on each launch

Someone mentioned elsewhere that it appears the radio code has been downgraded.

Keep in mind that the version you downloaded was for the Asian region, thus the radio code, package version, etc. could be different depending on what was sent to them at that time. Or it could be that RIM decided to downgrade things and ship them out for further testing. This has happened a number of times in the past when dealing with regional carrier packages versus the OEM packages made available by RIM.
