Hello lovelys

Just to say I am completely new to this forum, and though I love my crackberry, I won't pretend I understand it!

Anyways, I am having problems uploading a voicenote onto my PC, I had no problem two days ago with a different one, but this time the new note just wont show up on the PC! I am completely lost, any thoughts?

There is probably some really obvious solution staring my right in the face but I must be blind?

Is it loaded on the media card? check to see if content protection is enabled.
also you are using the desktop manager to do this correct?
