I am looking to create a little application that has the date option text only 00/00/00 and a start and stop field that uses drop down menu's to choose time then a submit button that sends an email. Should this be done with java or can i do this with a webpage? also is there a size limit to the web page such as the 240px wide i want the data to be full size on the screen while in the webpage does this make sense?

Xora already has an app that does this for $10 per month, and it gives you a GPS location as well.
