Please Login to Remove!

this is the 3rd time i've replaced my blackberry each time with a similiar problem... first time was the alt key... it got to a point where i had to push really really hard to get it to work... then i replaced it... and a couple months later it was the enter key... i replaced it... and now it's the alt key again... i'm tired of replacing this freakin phone... but i love my 7100t... this sux...

i'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue... i've searched and couldn't find anything relevent...

Did you try taking the front faceplate off to see if something was blocking usage?
