"Could not queryDeviceStatus due to device not registered with MDS-IS" Hi, we are getting the above message when a wired device software upgrade is attempted via the web desktop manager. The service detects that an upgrade is available & the app loader window appears, it displays "downloading" files and then just stops. Any ideas? Thanks!
