Default Blackberry Bold Space slowly disappearing?!?

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone know why I would slowly lose space on my Bold? I completely wiped it using the steps under the thread Latest OS: 9000 4.6.0.451/4.6.0.266 (Multilanguage) to upgrade the OS to 4.6.0.451 and Crack Mem to remove junk I didn't want.

Once that was complete, I then added five or six applications I typically use, reconfigured my device the way I wanted it and then sync'd my Bold with Outlook. After completing these steps I had 53.6 megs free consistently after each battery pull (or ALT-Shift-DEL).

Next I had my Bold re-added to my companies BES server. I noticed several days or maybe a week after being rejoined to BES, that my available space after a battery pull is now around 46 megs. All temporary files have been deleted as well (Browser history, Cookies, call logs, email and SMS/MMS messages).

I've even gone as far as deleting additional crap that I've always left on the device and there is still no improvement in available space. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a huge issue. I'm just curious as to what is using this space, could it be BES?

Anyone have any ideas?

It may be one of your 3rd party apps. Do any of them run constantly?

After a battery pull I have roughly 54 available.
with constant use, and deleting as you have done, the device will settle out to about 46/44 mb.
I'm not on a BES. and dont eave apps running.
so this is just typical of how it works.

for example, spend 3 mins on app world and your app mem will drop to about 30.
it will slowly crawl back some of that.

highest mem always show after a battery pull, but with normal use it settles to a more regular amount

None of my 3rd party apps are left running. Neither a battery pull or Alt-Shift-Del make any difference. My bold always starts with 46MB. Yet each time I've wiped it, reinstalled my apps and then sync'd with outlook I have 53.6 free until about a week after rejoining BES, then it's down to about 46!

Weird,

Activating on a BES will fire up some other processes that will take up additional memory so I think this is normal.
