For someone who has to deal with UPS often, there service is horrible. The stuff I hear from customers make me wish we switched to a different delivery company.

They've signed packages with the word "BBQ" and left it inside BBQ's, I've had customers say that the truck goes past their house, and then the website states that they could not come due to weather conditions, and various other stories. Got boatloads. I've had issues with them twice now.
