Default 7290 for sale

Please Login to Remove!

I've purchased a 7290 from Rogers in Toronto this week but realized I'd prefer a 7780. I'd like either to sell the unit or swap with someone who very recently purchased a 7780. Please message me if you are interested and in Toronto.

Default Any way to get this to work on t-maobile

Is there a way your 7290 would work on a US t-mobile plan? I'm not very familiar with Rogers in Canada. Mark? Any thoughts?

Default I want the 850 band

The 7730 does not offer the 850 band for North America as the 7780, so this is an important feature for me. As a result, I'd strongly prefer a 7780 instead. Thanks for your reply.

Can you verify that the unit will work with Tmobile? How much do you want for it?

I have a 7750 with Telus that I might be willing to trade.
Would you like to meet up so we both can try the units?

My 7750 was swapped 2 weeks ago so it's brand new with screen guard still on.

Default T-Mobile and Telus

I am unsure if the 7290 will work with T-Mobile Telus. I would guess it would as it uses both the 800 and 1900 GSM bands that T-Mobile offers, but could not say for sure. As the unit is one-week old and unscathed, I am looking for CDN$450 for it.

Regarding the 7750, this is a CDMA model that will not work with GSM networks to which I subscribe.

There are benefits to being on Telus... better voice coverage, unlimited data and text msgs. But if you are locked into a contract with Rogers, then it's not a consideration.

I want a GSM blackberry cause I wanna use it on Fido so I'm willing to trade for my Telus bberry.

One of our users is using a Cingular 7290 on Tmobile and it's working fine.

Just so everyone knows, I emailed Paul 3 or 4 weeks ago when I was still looking for a BlackBerry and he never responded. I'm guessing he sold it.

I can't believe someone actually says Telus has any type of coverage better than Rogers.
