Today i updated the firmware of my BB9900.
But i lost all the applications password and even som applications.

What must i do to prevent this for the next time.

Harry, I'm assuming your referring to 3rd party applications. I would recommend before updating your OS you back them up with BBH Tool. You can get that here: BBH-Tool v2.4.9.7a - Downloads - BlackBerryOS.com.

If you purchased your apps through BB App World, just sign in and re-download the ones that are missing. As far as passwords, you'll need to manually login again.
