Employers somehow accessing personal activity of my Berry.Emails,Facebook BBM convo's dnt know what else. I'm not with BES but IT used my software CD once he claimed a virus plaqued my program for some strange reason he was going to reinstall it. I've upgraded my OS reformatted mt memory card and changed device password but they still seem to be accessing my activities...but haven't used my desktpp software since. Is it possible for them to have hidden some sort of key/file on my device that may enable hacking etc? I've found hidden files in the past ... Deleted them but they keep coming back ..... I've now. Had enough .... Someone pls help here?!?!?

You need to do a complete wipe of the device with Jl_cmdr, then reinstall OS and use a password that no one can guess, with a short time out. And don't let anyone handle your BlackBerry. That should take care of any snooping. Change your passwords to everything, Facebook, all your email accounts.

While you are at it, maybe you should reset the password retrieval questions as well as the alternate e-mail addresses provided for recovering the password for FB,gmail etc . Maybe the creeps are using this option to retrieve your password everytime you reset the same.
