I agree his latest theme is awesome.

The contest is open to anyone (except professional theme builders) (see the rules)...

I cant wait to see the masterpieces that come out of this contest. Nothing like some publicity and incentive combined to bring out the best. I am just glad that the Vista/Mac OSX themes are ruled out. They are starting to get old...

hmmm.... that should be interesting. Do you have judges? Edit: sorry should have read the rules... I see there will be a poll.

This is the only thing that makes me nervous:
The top 3 themes will become the property of Themes4BB.com and used in any way that the management see fit.
Is that to imply that you have no rights to your creation once submitted?

It means that you cannot take your theme if it wins and market it on paid sites. You give up the ownership of the theme if you win.

We plan on making it available for download ONLY on Themes4bb.com

I need to edit that rule. We were going to pay out top 3...but decided at the last moment that its winner take all.

you all see my contest entry, IT WILL blow your socks off.

BTW, That is MY Ford Galaxie. It is all stock, all serial numbers match,
I bought it 20 years ago from a old couple that only drove it only on weekends.
Here are some specs on the car: 33,000 Actual Miles, 390 Engine, Automatic Transmission, 8 Track Player (Working).
A friend of mine took that picture 5 years ago while I was driving (90mph) a side street in Oxnard.
I have the negatives if anyone doubts me.
I also have a Dodge (Morpar) 1970 Challenger, which is currently on a rotisserie
getting striped and repainted.

On the muscle cars, my brother drove a Dodge Duster. Don't remember the year though (maybe 72 or so?). It was a pretty sweet car.

390? Yes, that's muscle.

ok, AGAIN, this thread is for the use of the OP to promote and answer questions related to his contest. Not to carry out petty disagreements with moderators.

I am so tired of seeing people crap all over a nice idea someone has. JWilliams, your arugments in here are NOT welcome. The OP desires to have a contest and I think he deserves the opportunity to a "clean" thread, free of your (and some others) junk that you just cannot leave alone. I don't know the OP from Adam's housecat, but I will offer him this opportunity.

I will delete any non-related topical post in this thread. And I and other moderators wil soley decide what is topical. If you disagree, take it to the Rants and Raves section here, or mercy be, to another site.
