Default Another DST Update thread, because I'm lost

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, I've done a lot of reading and things are still not clear to me. I'm trying to nail down the exact steps I need to take to make the change/update happen smoothly. We're running Exch 2003 sp2 and BES 4.13. I think some of my devices, all are at 4.0.x.xxx or higher, will need to be patched. Only 2 devices are running 4.2.0.xx. All other are under 4.1.0.352. I take it the first move would be updating windows and the exchange server. Windows has been patched on the BES server though it still needs the exchange update. After that I'm lost.

Can someone layout, in an orderly manor, the exact steps needed to be taken?

Thanks

So after updating the exchange server and running the exchange update on the BES, the only thing left to do is use patch manager 2.2 to patch the devices that need patching?

Thanks

I know there is a lot to read but you really do wanna have a step through the docs, as the order is critical (allegedly). The Sticky DST Thread does have a few posts with a good run order in and everything you need to cover the patch is in there somewhere.
