This was my original post, one guy responded asking if I had deleted the vendor.xml file and my answer was yes. Never got anymore responses. I need help!

I just tried upgrading to this OS: 9000 4.6.0.519/4.6.0.304 (AT&T Official) (Multilanguage) and after I do everything the blackberry desktop manager
says this.

The system applications that are currently installed on your device are newer than those available with this version of the blackberry device software.

Click options if you want to install the older applications.

Why is this happening?

Since you're now offline and havent answered my question, Im going to guess.

You're running a version that has a platform number of .248.
OS .304 has a platform number of .247.

Its telling you its a downgrade because the platform number is lower.
Ignore it, and go ahead.
Or download the new .307. Its not difficult (despite the language). Drop down box, has only one handheld in it: 9000. click the button.
The next page, its mostly in English and you can click the button for the first OS.
