Hi all. I just got my new Q10 and have done the synk with the new BB Link. All contacts, music, calendars and pictures are now on my Q10 but there are some e-mails I have in my 9900 that I would like to have in my Q10. Any way to do this that does not require to re-send?

Can you not sync your email from the old account to your new one?

Are they saved messages or are they still in your inbox in your mail account?

I do not why they (saved mesages) are not transfered to the Q10

I have both. Saved and in 'inbox'; I am trying to send them from the 9900 to the Q10

You shouldn't have any issues restoring your information from a saved backup file.

Hmm.....I have already sync'd (twice), but e-mails are not transfered....any suggestions? Can I 'import' via a card? I have already backe dup in media card @ 9900; but can not find how to 'open' the card in he Q10 (I insert the card and it does nothing)

I just finished using the media card. Everything is transfered BUT e-mails....hehehehe

It is our company e-mail (POP). There are some e-mails that I keep saved for references, etc; these are the ones I would like to have in my Q10

In the past you could sometimes fool a mailbox into thinking an old email was new, thereby having it pushed to your BlackBerry again. Move the message on your computer to the trash, then mark it as unread, and finally move it back to the inbox. It can take 15 minutes or so but *sometimes*, if the mail provider supports this, the "new" message will be picked up as new and pushed to your device. I've done this on BIS with Apple's .mac email and it worked beautifully.

I just tried it with my mac.com email and my Q10 and it worked immediately.
