Hi there,

Today for some reason the grey/white wi-fi sign on the top right corner of my screen vanished. My wi-fi is always on and it connects automatically to my wi-fi at home. I went to Manage Connections and for some reason my wi-fi was turned off. I tried turning it back on by clicking the square besides it but everytime I try it doesn't work and there's still a red X besides it. I also tried scanning for new wi-fi areas but it just kept saying, Unable to turn Wi-Fi on

Ahh... can't live without wi-fi. Please help.

I have had this once before. Pulling battery and replacing it should fix the problem.

I tried that once already but the sign still hasn't appeared. I'll try it again though and see what happens. Thanks
