Is it true that if you buy a theme and don't like it for whatever reason, you're just stuck with it?

The images they show on purchase screens aren't always easy to clearly decipher. You don't really get a good feel until you try it.

Is this just the way the system works?

You can remove a theme, but if you paid for it, you are not going to get a refund probably.

Buy a theme from where? AppWorld? Nope... no refunds on themes or applications. As much as I understand their thinking behind no refunds, it causes problems when there are no trials available and the software you purchased doesn't work as advertised.

I stopped using AppWorld a long time ago. Terrible implementation.

If you are a good customer, you may get a credit with a smaller developer. I dont know the policy of mobihand.

They almost never refund money but if you talk with the developer maybe he can get you a credit or change what you don like, i do that with my clients.

I went ahead and tried Mobihand. They refunded. I consider it good customer service. I have to admit, I've been quite a customer of theirs lately so maybe that's why they were so willing.

Mobihand is a decent store. I stopped using AppWorld a while ago and have been using Mobihand ever since. Glad to hear it worked out for you about the refund.
