I am using 20 second MP3 clips for my ringtones, alert tones, sms tones, etc..

However, when I get an SMS text, the file will only play for a second or two...
Every other alert will play the whole clip, but texts only play 2 seconds max.

Anyone know where I can change a setting for this, or what I can do?

not to be a hassle, but does anyone else have this problem? Can the sms tone only be so long?

I believe so they are meant to be short notifications just to let you know you have a msg. I like it cause when in holster I can tell if I am getting a txt or phone call.
