Exclamation Exchange 2003 and Blackberry Problem

Please Login to Remove!

Me again!

I have a single user that can't be activated no matter what.

It goes through the entire process (per the Technician) and says activation complete. But looking on the server it just doesn't look like it should.

Serial number missing
Policys are sent and recieved but never applied
Wireless Calander is set to disabled

but the wierdest issue is this:

BES shows this users mailbox located here:

Code:
Mailbox: /o=GrantExch/ou=HOUSTON/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=USERID06913682
Mailbox Server: ProvoEx
Mailbox server is correct.
The Exchange enviroment is correct...but everything else isn't. Heck it doesn't even exist in Active Directory or on any mail server.
Also what are the digits at the end of his USERID?

Any research I've found leads to that this information maybe residual from a old Exchange 5.5 migration. But there is nothing to say how to resolve it or tell blackberry to ignore that junk and point it to the right one.

So if anybody has an idea or can point me in the right way I'd very much appreciate it.

exchange adds that in a case there is more then one John Smith for example. So lets say there is already jsmith mailbox name then exchange would add 23423423423423 at the end.

Ahh ok..that explains the extra digits. Its possible there was another user at some point with the same name when his mailbox was created.

The real concern is why blackberry is pointing nearly all the users to a nonexistant CN.
And why blackberry is still working even while its pointing to it?
Is that just a information field it doesn't actually use it for anything?
