20GB HD with 10GB free space
The server is a virtual machine

more details... using IE? What Version? Try with IE7. Just one BES? All on one virtual machine? DB on the VM? How many users? Is the RAM mentioned for the physical machine or is that what you have assigned to the BES? The BES VM should have at least 3 GB RAM. Is that is the amount of RAM assigned to the VM, do you have other VM's running on this physical host? What are the specs on the physical host?

Is your BAS server a seperate machine or installed along with BES? Do you have BAS services running on both BES servers?

Try turning off the BAS-AS and BAS-NNC services on one of the reservices, and restart those same services on the other server. If that works, most likely your BAS servers are are using UDP as their discovery protocol. This article explains it well and provides a resolution.

google "bas 5.0 udp" and choose the first link by port3103. It wont let me post a link.

If that's not the issue, can you post the BAS logs of the problem server?
