Which software version are you using?
If v5, then quickpull probably won't work, and that is per Steelthorn. When RIM releases an official v5, then they will write a quickpull to work.
Mine doesn't work.

Quickpull free 3.7.2 works great for me on 5.0 it evens reboots phone when locked now.

I was running a leaked .419 OS and Quick Pull would not work. The official .419 OS which I downloaded last night seems to like Quick Pull. Woke up this morning and the reset had done its job!

I'm using quickpull on my Tour (running 5.0), works fine. There is a version they released for os 5.0, I think it is beta, but it has been working great for me. Mine is version 3.6.4

Finally got quickpull to work. I needed to download 3.6.4. It seems to be working fine now with 5.0 os.

It works for me as well. It didn't unlock at first until I went in and did a setting change. I had my password entered both times. Don't know why but it works and I'm happy. I'm running 3.7.2
