So will the BES/BIS generated email in HTML format potentially break BBSmart? It would sound like we may wind up with duplicate HTML elements.

Did you look in the 8100 forum in the stickys? If you want to put it on your 8800, don't bother. It won't work. It ONLY works on the 8100.
