Just got the 9700 (upgrade from original Bold) - when I sent an SMS it stays viewable in the sms folder despite selecting hide sent messages YES. Any idea what I can do to stop this? It's quite frustrating and never used to be the case on the old Bold.

I just bought my new 9700 yesterday and am having the same problem. Any suggestions would help.

Hmmn, me too and this is pretty annoying, used to have the Curve and this view worked just fine. The default view we should be getting is the SMS inbox (which you can view under 'view folder'), but what we are getting is the 'sms conversations view'.

How can this be changed by default ?

I'm on v 5.0.0.321, can anyone confirm if this is still a problem on later versions of OS ?
