Hi I am new to this forum, and I ham having trouble posting.

I always get this error message:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 117440512) (tried to allocate 4194304 bytes) in /home/bbforums/public_html/includes/functions_search.php on line 250

When I post on the Blackberry 9900 series help board. It apparently works in this forum though. I just want help with my Blackberry and I keep getting stonewalled by errors and glitches.

Hi I am just wondering, I have another problem:


I have tried to upgrade my blackberry OS, but it does not work. Every single time I try to do this, I get an error message that I need 6 more megabytes in order to upgrade. However, I actually Have 4.8 gigs of internal memory to work with. I have no idea what is going on, and I have been trying to upgrade my OS for the past 8 hours or so with the same result (deleting applications, pictures etc.)

How many apps do you have installed?

Try a battery pull and then check to see the free memory.

Your error message does indicate a low memory issue.

Too much of something, Apps, saved emails, etc.
