I got a call just now, and realized I had a missed call. So I hit "Talk" to go to the call log, but when I did that, it just locked (keyboard lock). Also the network icon turned to "OFF". But when I use * + TALK, it doesn't unlock. It unlocks when I hit "end" and presumably exit out of the messed up call log application. I went and turned AutoLock off cause I thought it was the problem, but with it off, and I hit Talk or go to Call Log, the menu just freezes up until I hit end.
Any ideas? I'm going to take out the battery right now but I'm curious if anyone's run into this strange issue before.
pull the battery on the device and you should be fine. sounds like the phone choked, most likely due to low memory. after the battery pull go to options > status and post your file free. also follow this link http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...-logs-sms.html
you should keep it at that, whens the last time you pulled the battery on the device or restarted it after installing an App? Over time your memory free will go down. If you want to free up more, follow the link above
