Occassionally, I get a number of message building up in the 'Pending to device' field in Redirector.

When I turn off the radio on the 7250 handheld then turn it back on, the messages start sending to the handheld.

This is obviously a problem with the handheld and not Redirector.

Can anyone shed some light as to why this happens and how it can be fixed?

This is a big time pain.

Just curious about something. Next time you see this happening, instead of turning off and then back on, see if you can go to Messages, click the track wheel, select "Reconcile Now" and click the wheel again.

I'm curious as to whether this causes the messages to deliver or not. I don't use Redirector, though, so I'm not even sure you'll have that option.

I will see what happens.

It would still be a problem though if I don't remember to reconcile (same as not remembering to toggle the radio).
I may not get an urgent message that could be sitting in the pending queue.
I want to remove the manual process.

I read you loud and clear. This is just a troubleshooting step. Not an answer. I just want to see what it does. Might point us towards the problem and/or solution.
