Yes, I used the link you provided. Look, the link is not going to bring you directly to the OS that you want to download. The official release of that OS will not be changed.
We have given you numerous links, and they have been tested. I don't know what extra steps you are adding or missing, but we have given all the help we can. I'll be honest, I have read and re read all your posts, and cannot understand why you are having this much trouble downloading an OS that has been downloaded 100s of times before.

Cheers,

Once again in my country can be downloaded at my provider Telenor OS all they offer, so do not have the BB 8120 I was able to download BB 8310 for now. If I change a country, I can not allow my provider because I did not recognize the State from which I write. We have no contract with the old BB OS. I wore a phone repairing all types of phones in many and they all told me, sorry do not allow us to remove our OS for my BB. Unfortunately I have friends from many countries that do not offer just the OS. I have a sister in Australia, all have tried but could not take off because they do not have that old BB. I believe you all, but I do not know why you not believe me. This began to be funny. No more need to discuss it. Just say we all. I'm just envious that I live here. Then why does not someone send me off, so, it's 20 minutes of work?

Yes, as we have said. Telekom Serbia does not offer that OS. So download it from another carrier. It doesn't matter what carrier you download from. Any OS version for your device from any carrier will work. The OS version has to match your actual device/phone.
