I wouldn't call them "beta" anymore. They are just unreleased. Each version seems to get better.

It means it will have east asian languages as an option to install. You can install them or not in the App Loader window.

Just installed it. Phone seems a little slower than the last 4.5 OS I had on there. My custom ringtone assignments were all messed up afterwards, and I lost all my myfaves icons (the ones that come from TMO).
