The owner of my company forgot his password and I need to verify the account. I selected the option to email the password to the device but don't know where to find it. I know that I can just set up a new user but it says an account for the PIN exists. I have done this before but can't remember how to do it. I'm not a blackberry user myself, but the go to IT person in my office......pretty scary...lol
