Hey all!! I have a question on the support of Android apps. Will upcoming Blackberry handsets with the QNX OS be capable of running Ice Cream Sandwich in a VM and thus capable of running all newly developed Android apps??

I know might be a hard one to know/answer. Any ideas who'd know?? I mean REALLY know - some extreme tech guru LOL.

Why am I interested? Because I think Android is the new MSDOS. The ability to be able to run software that has been developed for it may mean the difference between RIM being out in the wilderness and dying as a company and system OR being the most versatile "do it all" device that becomes the market leader again.

If the answer to this question is nailed down correctly; it might well lead to a very profitable RIM stock trade in the future.

Since there are no QNX handsets on the horizon, it's a bit early to say.

I'd agree, it is incredibly way too early to tell, seeing as QNX handsets are most likely a year away.
