Does this mean no more T-Mobile Blackberries in the US?

That's what it sounds like.
Dozens of customers will be disappointed.
Given their very public spat last month, not surprising.

Moments ago, I received an e-mail from RIM, signed by John Chen, announcing this. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over eight years, and to be honest, I've never received better customer service from any company in any field than I have from T-Mobile. I've even written a letter to them in praise of how they helped me revise my T-Mobile account when I purchased my Z10 (directly from RIM) and placed it into service in January of this year.

I am saddened to learn of this split. Agreed that this is not surprising, given the well-publicized disagreement between RIM and T-Mobile. I will keep things as they are for the time being, but if I find that I have problems with T-Mobile because they no longer sell BBs (and as a result, may not respond favorably to me when I need their assistance), I will very likely change carriers in the future.

So does that mean T-Mobile will buy BB's from another source?

It seems a bit of a weird move for BB. Why would they alienate such a big company? But way to go T-Mobile on the strike back ehh! Shows how tackling things head on can go someway to dealing with these problems.
