I have recently activated my Blackberry on our company BES and now need to transfer all my contacts from my Blackberry handheld to my Outlook contacts. I have an old version of Blackberry Desktop Manager installed which allows my to choose what to sync with Outlook (e.g. Calendar, Contacts, etc.) however when I choose to sync my Blackberry contacts with Outlook it states that contacts are already being synchronised wirelessly and will not allow me to continue.

Is there any way to move my contacts from my Blackberry handheld to Outlook either by synchronising them or exporting them to CSV/Excel?

You can temporarily turn off wireless contact sync (if your BES admins allow it) and then enable local sync with Outlook. But I urge you to speak with your IT folks and see what they have to say on the issue. Often circumventing IT policies is grounds for dismissal.
