Hello im new to blackberry's just got my first one off craigslist last night, its a 8110 for att. My question is the battery doesnt allow the back cover to snap shut it just buckles down at the bottom. Without the battery it closes like normal. There is nothing behind the battery that could make it stick up im just wondering if the guy swapped it for a different blackberry? Its a blue blackberry battery...

blue battery is for the curve. the pearl has a yellow one

thanks! i just searched ebay and found the yellow pearl battery. $5 shipped to my door not too bad...

Yeah. I actually got it to fit but it wouldn't charge anyway.

it charges... it took a full charge in last night.

weird. maybe it is a pearl battery. but the yellow are the stock batteries. id snag one of those just to be safe..
