I have a user with an 8703 using Entourage. When she deletes messages using Entourage they do not delete from her handheld. We are running on an Exhange server with our own BES. Any ideas?

Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to get the delete to sync. I have been having the same problem for the past few months.
