Send Blackberry Attachemnt Service wirelessly?

One of my users is on the road, and he's unable to open the the attachment. After some troubleshooting, his BB doesn't have the BB attachment service installed. Is there a way to send it wirelessly to his device? (I know you can do it from destop manager though.)
