Hi All,

After getting wireless deployment working brialliantly with BES 4.1.6, i have upgraded to BES 5.0 --- In step confusion does anyone have any easy way of deploying Enterprise Messenger to 8310, 8900, 8110 and 9500?

Any assistance will be great...

Have you read through the admin guide to how to deploy apps with BES 5.0? Or are you just looking for someone to spell it out

LOL i have actually created the software config for one type of handset (8900) on the BES using BAS, but now how do i publish the Enterprise Messenger app to users? When i try and publish the app, it throws out an error "The application hasnt been packaged correctly".....

I know they moved to a new versioning scheme in 5.0, so some apps with older version formatting aren't accepted into the 5.0 app repository. Maybe there is some other things different that are preventing this as well, though I haven't seen your error above... yet!
