[PAGE_7730]

I have two 7730 devices on which all but the last 3 to 10 messages disappear. No other clients are experiencing this problem.

Using BES v 3.6 for Exchange and firmware 4.0.0.218 on handheld.

I know that the option "delete prior" will delete messages, but this option was not used.

Any ideas?

having the same problem, one of my guys reloaded the software and he claims that it helped. not sure though.

Go into Options > status
file free = what? That sounds like it is the issue

May need to application load the handheld and remove any software that isn't needed
also clearing purged messages through backup/restore and advanced.
